Programs & Services
We offer support to those in crisis or in need, making them aware of resources and existing programs and services available to them within the community. In addition to that, we have our own in-house programs.

Food & Essentials Pantry
We are proud to offer a free pantry for those in need, conveniently located near the back entrance of our store! Our pantry is stocked with a variety of essential items, including: canned goods (vegetables, fruits, soups, and proteins), dried foods (pasta, rice, beans, and oats), boxed and jarred meals (quick and easy meal solutions), personal care products (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and other toiletries). If you or someone you know is struggling to make ends meet, please feel free to stop by and take what you need. No questions asked. We get the majority of our Pantry items through Foodlink for 19 cents a pound, and donations from the community!

Emergency Support
We help provide immediate relief to individuals and families facing financial hardship in our community. The program is open to individuals and families experiencing a crisis or unexpected financial burden. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration factors such as income, household size, and the nature of the emergency. Once your application is approved, you will receive a gift card that can be used in our store on items for personal use. The amount of the gift card will vary depending on your individual circumstances.

School Supplies for Students
We believe that every student, regardless of their circumstances, deserves the tools they need to reach their full potential in school. That’s why we enthusiastically accept donations of new or gently used school supplies, such as backpacks, notebooks, pens, pencils, crayons, markers, calculators, and more. These essential tools are then distributed to local students in need, ensuring they have the resources to fully participate in class, complete assignments, and confidently approach their studies. Your generous donations play a crucial role in leveling the playing field and empowering all children in our community to embark on a successful academic journey.

Support for Animals
We collect donations of blankets and food for our local animal shelters, such as Pet Pride in Victor, Happy Tails in Canandaigua, and Wildlife Rockstars in Farmington. We also participate in and raise awareness with events that coincide with World Bee Day, Shark Week, World Gorilla Day, and more! Our store is usually decorated accordingly for various animal days and we have educational videos playing on one of our wall monitors.

Little Free Library Refill Program
We often share our abundance of books (both adult and children) with anyone running a Little Free Library in the area that supports spreading the joy of reading. Do you have or know of a Little Free Library in town that could use some books? Let us know!

Christmas Gifts for Children
We believe every child deserves the joy of Christmas morning. That’s why we collect new, unwrapped gifts to distribute to children in need during the holiday season. Your generous donations help us ensure that every child experiences the magic of opening a present on Christmas day.
Our gift donation drive kicks off in September, and families can start applying for assistance in early December 2025. Follow us on Facebook for updates on when the 2025 application becomes available.
